Back Panic Print A Graffiti Artist Who Painted Facebook’s Headquarters Will Make $200 Million After the IPO

After Facebook filed its IPO on Wednesday, everyone jumped on how much money people like MARK ZUCKERBERG and the early investors would make. But the money THIS guy is going to make kinda beats all of that. 35-year-old David Choe is a graffiti artist in Palo Alto, California. Back in 2005, when Facebook moved into their first headquarters, they asked David if he’d paint graffiti art on their walls. SEAN PARKER was the president at the time . . . the Napster guy who was played by JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE in “The Social Network”. And he offered David either a few grand, or a few shares in the company. David thought the concept of Facebook was, quote, “ridiculous and pointless” . . . but he took the shares anyway. And now, with the IPO, his shares are estimated to be worth . . . wait for it . . . $200 MILLION. He’s just one of hundreds of early advisors and workers who got a few shares of the company in exchange for work. When Facebook goes public in May, those shares will be worth tens or hundreds of millions of dollars.
Kris Humphries has never seen any of the wedding gifts

One of the many things KRIS HUMPHRIES and KIM KARDASHIAN are arguing about is their wedding gifts . . . which include a Ferrari. According to HollywoodLife.com, Kim is basically hoarding the gifts, and he hasn’t seen any of them since the wedding back in August. Kris thinks the gifts should have at least been split 50-50 . . . but not because he wants them for himself. He thinks they should all be RETURNED. A source says, quote, “He’s read in the magazines that she’s returned some of the gifts and exchanged them for Rolex watches. He also heard a rumor she returned the gifts and gave the money to charity, but he doesn’t know about that either.”

On December 1, 1955, in Montgomery, Alabama, Rosa Parks, an African-American seamstress, left work and boarded a bus for home. As the bus became crowded, the bus driver ordered Parks to give up her seat to a white passenger. Montgomery’s buses were segregated, with the seats in the front reserved for “whites only.” Blacks had to sit at the back of the bus. But if the bus was crowded and all the “whites only” seats were filled, black people were expected to give up their seats—a black person sitting while a white person stood would never be tolerated in the racist South. Rosa had had enough of such humiliation, and refused to give up her seat. “I felt I had a right to stay where I was,” she said. “I wanted this particular driver to know that we were being treated unfairly as individuals and as a people.” The bus driver had her arrested.

JOHN LEGEND performed a new version of “Ordinary People” on ESPN2′s “First Take”. It pokes fun at TIM TEBOW . . . and ESPN’s obsession with him, particularly hosts SKIP BAYLESS and Stephen A. Smith. It’s OK, but it has a brilliant title: It’s “Extra-Ordinary Tebow”.
Katy Perry will perform at the Grammy’s… and is she doing a 3D concert too?

KATY PERRY has been added to the list of Grammy performers . . . and this is apparently significant because it will be her first major performance since her split with RUSSELL BRAND. How brave! Will Katy be OK? Will she be able to go through with it? Or will she fold under the pressure of performing in front of a ton of people . . . including many who know she was married to a guy named Russell Brand, and now it’s over? Unfortunately, no one knows for sure. We’ll have to tune in to the Grammys on February 12th to find out. By the way, Katy is also developing a 3-D concert movie called “Candyfornia” . . . similar to the ones recently done by the JONAS BROTHERS, JUSTIN BIEBER and “Glee”. If it happens, it would go to theaters, but it’s too early to say when.

TIM TEBOW is a new spokesman for Jockey shirts and underwear. But don’t expect him to drop his pants like DAVID BECKHAM or MARKY MARK WAHLBERG. He won’t do it. A Jockey rep says, quote, “Some things are better when left to the imagination.”

Everyone seems to agree that DEMI MOORE was running off the rails before her hospitalization last week. And now, a source says her bizarre and inappropriate behavior included making a play for 24-year-old ZAC EFRON. Zac is good friends with RUMER WILLIS . . . and Demi reportedly forced herself into Rumer’s social circle . . . and made a beeline for Zac. The source says, quote, “She calls him and texts him a lot, but he’s not interested at all. He thinks she’s a creepy cougar.” Another source says this is just part of Demi’s desperate attempt to stay young as she approaches 50 . . . quote, “She’s been really down, and she’s surrounding herself with young people to make her feel better.” And yet another source adds, quote, “Demi was told in the hospital that she has to start eating, which she never does, she only takes Adderall and drinks Red Bull and she doesn’t see how unhealthy that is. She’s just obsessed with being young and skinny and trying to keep working and she doesn’t realize how much she’s hurting herself.”
Nick and Aaron Carter’s sister, Leslie, has passed away.

LESLIE CARTER . . . the 25-year-old sister of NICK and AARON CARTER . . . has died in upstate New York. There’s no word yet what happened. (–A so-called “source” says Leslie was battling a prescription drug addiction.) Leslie was an aspiring singer at one point. She made an album in 1999 that was never released. And she had a single called “Like Wow!” on the “Shrek” soundtrack in 2001. She was featured on the family’s reality show, “House of Carters”, in 2006. But Leslie stepped away from showbiz and had been living a normal life for the past several years. She got married in 2008, and she and her husband welcomed a baby girl just last year. The family released a statement saying, quote, “Our family is grieving right now and it’s a private matter. We are deeply saddened for the loss of our beloved sister, daughter and granddaughter, Leslie Carter. We request the utmost privacy during this difficult time.” Aaron Carter has been appearing in an off-Broadway production of “The Fantasticks”. He’s taking a few days off to be with this family. Nick is scheduled to hit the road with the BACKSTREET BOYS this spring . . . and he’s not backing out. He says, quote, “Performing is cathartic to me and I am dedicating the rest of my tour to my sister since she loved to watch me perform.”

Black History month facts with A RICH #1
1963 was noted for racial unrest and civil rights demonstrations. Nationwide outrage was sparked by media coverage of police actions in Birmingham, Alabama, where attack dogs and fire hoses were turned against protestors, many of whom were in their early teens or younger. Martin Luther King, Jr., was arrested and jailed during these protests, writing his famous “Letter From Birmingham City Jail,” which advocates civil disobedience against unjust laws. Dozens of additional demonstrations took place across the country, from California to New York, culminating in the March on Washington. President Kennedybacked a Civil Rights Act, which was stalled in Congress by the summer.
