This is going to be very hard to say because we've been together for so very long. I've been working very hard lately, and in all that work, I've come to realize I don't think it was meant to be. I think very soon we will need to part ways. You will move onto something else, and I can be happy. I do not mean any harm to you, I just can’t find a way our lives can co-exist any longer. Two thirds of the way through the first week of Denver's Biggest Loser competition, I'm very optimistic. Granted, I have a tendency to be an optimist. When we were first given our diet plans I was worried. Very worried. I didn't think I could survive on that. I mean seriously, you're asking a fat girl to live on 3oz of meat for lunch!! Then you put in the 2 cups of vegetables. Igm not sure how many people have seen 2 cups of veggies on a plate, but it's a good bit of food. The Nutritional Protein shake helps a lot too. I haven't made it to the LA Boxing yet, but I plan to incorporate that into my schedule this coming week. I have been doing some circuit training in the home though. Starting the Biggest loser with Hot 107.1; I also started school, my first time back in a classroom in nearly 20 years. So, baby steps so I can set a schedule that won't set me back or discourage me from making ALL my appointments! So far so good though, been in 3 times this week, and will be in tomorrow (Saturday) Then Monday at the radio station for a weigh in! Whooo hoo!! I'm so ready to be healthy!!!
