Colorado Aids Walk 2010

Where: Cheesman

In its 23rd year, AIDS Walk Colorado is the largest HIV/AIDS fundraising event in the Rocky Mountain Region. On Saturday, August 14, 2010, more than 8,000 walkers and runners, fueled by donations from more than 13,000 individuals, will arrive from all over Colorado to walk in support of Colorado AIDS Project and more than 20 additional AIDS Service Organizations. It is a day-long festival that begins with a 5K walk/run through Denver's Capitol Hill neighborhood to remember those who have been lost to the disease, ending in Denver's Cheesman Park. The AIDS Walk Celebration of Life Festival includes live entertainment, a beer garden, a volleyball tournament, a themed/costumed fun run, memorial garden featuring panels of the AIDS Memorial Quilt and a host of other activities.

6th Annual Team Hope - Walk for Huntington's Disease
