Kevin Rudolf started his musical career at a young age. Since his mother was a singer, Rudolf was exposed to the club scene early on. At age 11 he started playing the guitar, and later on he got a keyboard and a computer allowing him to learn the production process. One day Rudolf was hanging out with one of his engineer friends and met Timbaland. Once Timbaland found out Rudolf played the guitar he had him contribute to Lil' Kim's "The Jumpoff" in 2003. That led to many more collaborations with Rudolf as the guitarist, writer, or producer with top artists such as The Black Eyed Peas, Nelly Furtado, Britney Spears, David Banner, T.I., Flo Rida, Justin Timberlake, Kanye West, and the list continues to grow.
On November 24, 2008 Kevin Rudolf released his album "In The City," which he wrote and produced the entire album. "In The City" includes the hit single "Let it Rock" featuring none other than Lil Wayne. "Let It Rock" peaked at number 5 on the Hot 100 Billboard charts. Another song off of the album to watch out for is "Welcome to The World" featuring Rick Ross. You can catch Kevin Rudolf here in Denver Friday April 10, at the Gothic.
